About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work closely with nurses, nursing assistants, and physicians to ensure quality care for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Observe and document resident conditions and communicate changes promptly.
Supervise and support nursing assistants.
Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered Ohio LPN license.
