Position Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Cedars of Lebanon, you will assist residents with daily living activities under the supervision of nursing staff. Our CNAs play an essential role in maintaining comfort, dignity, and quality of life for every resident. This position reports directly to the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, repositioning, and transfers.

  • Provide feeding, hydration, and nutrition support as directed.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.

  • Protect resident rights and ensure dignity and respect at all times.

  • Accurately document resident care per facility policies.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

  • Follow all Cedars of Lebanon and CCH Healthcare policies and procedures.

  • Report any concerns, incidents, or suspected abuse promptly.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid CNA certification in the state of Ohio.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the role.

  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
