Home Health Registered Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team and work with clients on a per visit basis. This is a part time or full time opportunity for coverage of Somerville, Malden, Revere, and surrounding towns.

One year recent clinical experience as an RN is required; Home Health experience is not required.

As a BAYADA Registered Nurse, you will be prepared to succeed and to deliver exceptional care.


  • Learn and expand your clinical skills caring for clinically complex level patients in the home
  • Perform 5-6+ visits per day in a small geographical territory, focusing on 1:1 care with each patient
  • Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care
  • Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition


Qualifications for a BAYADA Nurse:


  • A current MA nursing license in good standing
  • One year of clinical experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required.


Additional Information:


  • Base Pay: $58-63 per point depending on qualifications; negotiable
  • Mileage Reimbursement
