Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate resident care with a hands-on approach.
Develop, review, and revise nursing and clinical policies to ensure quality care.
Provide flexibility in staffing needs during shortages or emergencies.
Conduct employee performance evaluations and address disciplinary situations to uphold high standards of care.
Manage and monitor daily operations while multitasking effectively.
Ensure compliance with Long-Term Care Regulations.
Lead recruitment efforts by conducting interviews and hiring qualified staff.
Make independent decisions as needed to ensure quality care.
Focus on customer service and foster collaboration across departments to support patient care.
Promote a culture of respect, professional growth, and encouragement for all nursing staff.
Monitor cost controls, including the usage of supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) License
Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
