Caregiver Job Description

 

Position: Seeking CNAs
Pay: $16-$18 per Hour
Service Areas: Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Vero Beach, Sebastian, and Hobe Sound

Shifts: Day/Night Shifts

Availability: Part-time and Full-time

Caregiver Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments and errands.

  • Adhere to professional standards and follow policies, procedures, and all applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

  • Complete state-approved CNA training course and licensed.

  • Work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks safely.

Caregiver Requirements:

  • CNA license.

  • Bilingual: Spanish, Italian or Filipino

  • Level 2 Background w/ fingerprints.

  • Valid Driver's License.

  • Auto Insurance.

  • CPR Certified.

  • TB or Chest X-ray.

  • Alzheimer's certificate (2 hours training required).

  • HIV certificates.

  • Assisting with Self-Administration of Medications certificate.

  • One letter of recommendation.

  • Must be actively engaging with clients.

  • Must speak, read, and write English fluently.

  • Must be proficient in English.
