**Responsibilities:** 

As a Med Tech/CMA with us, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include: 

- Administering and accurately recording the administration of medication 

- Collecting samples for testing and monitoring food and liquid input/output 

- Routinely inspecting, cleaning, and monitoring equipment and supplies to ensure safety 

- Responding to patient call signals, signal lights, bells, or intercom systems to determine patient needs 

- Conducting medication reconciliation, maintaining medication cart inventory, and restocking 

- Responsible for documentation of medications in the Medication Administration Record (MAR) 

- Performing and recording vital signs

Ensure the educational curriculum in the community meets or exceeds state, federal, and accreditation requirements. Plan and conduct state and federally required in-service programs. Conduct certification or training programs for Nursing Assistants. Coordinate and track Relias utilization by adding new care team members as well as removing care team members who are no longer employed. Collaborates with HR Manager and Maintenance Director to provide annual OSHA required trainings.
