Position Summary:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team! The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to residents while ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring.
Document resident care, condition changes, and progress in compliance with facility and state regulations.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
Assist with daily living activities and respond to residents' needs promptly.
Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications:

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Missouri.
Experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred but not required.
Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
