We are a compassionate long-term care facility committed to providing exceptional care for our residents in a warm, supportive environment. We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our night shift team.

Position Summary:

As a Night Shift CNA, you will provide personal care and support to residents during overnight hours, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity in accordance with individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility

  • Monitor and document resident conditions and report any changes to nursing staff

  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and needs

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment

  • Support residents with bedtime routines and overnight comfort

Qualifications:

  • Active CNA certification in the state of Missouri

  • Previous experience in a long-term care or similar setting preferred

  • Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Must be able to pass background and health screenings
