Key Roles and Responsibilities: Reports to the AVP Behavioral Health Nursing and closely collaborates with PHBH Nurse Leaders (NMs, supervisors). Manages nursing staff (RNs and ancillary personnel) on a 28-bed inpatient psychiatric unit with fiscal accountability.
