Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
Current License as LVN in the State of Texas
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Certification as a Certified Medical-Surgical Nurse (CMSRN).
High School (or GED equivalent) diploma.
