Position Summary: LVN Home Health professionals conduct assessments, administer medications, monitor patients' health, educate on health management, maintain records, offer support, and work collaboratively under RN supervision. They require clinical skills, attention to detail, empathy, and teamwork.

Pay Range:

$90,000 - $110,000 per year

Compensation is determined by the following factors; experience, knowledge, skills, location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
