Countryside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 61-bed facility, set in the heart of beautiful, rural Carlisle County. We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate CMA to help us care for our residents. If you feel like this describes you, get in touch with us so we can talk. CMA Responsibilities:

  • Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance and services according to health care provider's orders

  • Supervise residents who self-administer medication while following company and regulatory guidelines

  • Report any changes in residents' physical condition and/or behaviors

  • Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents and observations

CMA Required skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

  • Must enjoy working with the senior population

Job Purpose: To set up and administer medications under the direction and supervision of a Licensed Nurse, and to function as a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) we needed Essential job Duties and Responsibilities : Medication Administration Functions: Prepares, administers, and documents medications following accepted practices, and in accordance with regulations under the direction and supervision on a Licensed Nurse.
