Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated Evening CNAs to provide hands-on care for our residents. This role is essential in supporting daily activities, maintaining resident comfort, and assisting nursing staff in delivering high-quality care.

Primary Responsibilities

Resident Care & Support

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), hygiene, grooming, and feeding
Pass meals and monitor residents’ food and fluid intake
Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team
Safely transport residents within the facility as needed

Environment & Safety

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents
Follow infection control and safety procedures

Team Collaboration

Work closely with nursing staff and other CNAs to ensure smooth daily operations
Support a positive and professional work environment

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in New York State
Good standing with the State Registry
Team-oriented, dependable, and compassionate
Ability to work evenings and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Experience in long-term care preferred, but recent graduates are welcome
