Key Responsibilities

Support the Director of Nursing in managing daily clinical operations
Supervise nursing staff and ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
