Job Summary:

Right at Home Indianapolis West is seeking compassionate and dedicated CAREGIVERS to join our team of caregivers serving seniors in their homes. As a CAREGIVER with Right at Home, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing personal care and daily living assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide companion care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation services to clients in their home setting
  • Assist with personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

Requirements:

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 0; prior experience in the healthcare industry or compassionate care is a plus
  • Level of Education: n/a; High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional Requirements: n/a; certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Home Health Aide (HHA) is a plus
