As a DaVita RN, you’ll ensure compassionate and professional delivery of all dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of your patients. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with our professional team of clinicians, and use your critical thinking skills to solve problems and support patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule: Mon-Sat 5:00am - 6:00pm (alternating schedule)
  • Location has 14 chairs and the clinic has 1 RN per shift, 3 Dialysis Techs on M/W/F and 2 Dialysis Techs on T/TH/S
  • Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status
  • Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations
  • Educate patients and build meaningful relationships
  • Work as part of a supportive care team

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in state of practice
  • CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
  • 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
  • Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
  • CNN certification a plus
  • We are looking for someone that works well in a team, very adaptable, has great leadership skills, time management, able to take and give redirection if/when needed, not afraid to speak up and communicate, critical thinker.

Overview 3 North is a unit in which the Register Nurse (RN) facilitates expert multidisciplinary care to a variety of medical/surgical adult and geriatric patients. There is a strong emphasis on provision of care to patients requiring hospitalization before and/or after general surgery. The RN also cares for the Ear, Nose and Throat surgical patients along with peritoneal dialysis patients and patients with other medical problems covering a wide range of diagnoses. The RN will utilize the nursing process in the provision of care and will practice within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and the policies, procedures and standards of the Health System. The RN will demonstrate a commitment to teamwork through effective collaboration efforts. Overview The Cardiac Stepdown Unit is staffed by the Registered Nurse (RN) who provides care for a wide variety of patients including heart failure, acute myocardial infarction (AMI), and stable post interventional cardiology procedure patients. The RN cares for post vascular surgery patients as well as those requiring non-invasive ventilators, antiarrhythmic titrated drips, vasoactive cardiac drips, as well as insulin drips. The RN works closely with all of Conway Regional’s Cardiologists and Hospitalists.
