Direct nursing care of residents encompasses planning, developing, organizing, implementing assessing, and evaluating the care of residents to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times. LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse: Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are indispensable members of our interdisciplinary team and are charged with managing the daily clinical regimen of each resident and sub-acute patient.
