Earn up to $63.80/hour (based on shift & experience)

What You’ll Do:
-
Deliver and oversee high-quality resident-centered care
-
Support residents through admissions, transfers, and discharges
-
Accurately document care and communicate updates to families
-
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
-
Ensure compliance with facility policies and DOH regulations
Qualifications:
-
Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) License
-
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
-
Compassion, flexibility, and a strong team-focused mindset
