Director of Nursing Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Lead and mentor nursing staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless and comprehensive approach to resident care.
  • Manage staffing levels, schedules, and budgets to optimize efficiency.
  • Conduct regular assessments of resident care plans, making necessary adjustments to meet individual needs.
  • Address and resolve any concerns or issues related to resident care or staff performance.

 

Director of Nursing Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
