STNA Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Provide respectful, hands-on care in accordance with each resident's care plan
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Communicate observations and changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
Promote dignity, independence, and well-being of residents

STNA Requirements:

Valid STNA certification in the state of Ohio
Passionate about caring for others and being part of a team
Dependable, compassionate, and professional
