• Provide training, coaching, and clinical support to care providers to ensure quality, safety,
and professionalism in care delivery.
• Collaborate with the operations and scheduling teams to ensure seamless transitions of care
and client satisfaction.
• Participate in marketing and client acquisition efforts, including representing the agency in
professional settings and helping convert new prospects into clients.
• Serve as a trusted clinical voice in client meetings, closing new cases by clearly
communicating care solutions and building client trust.
• Collaborate closely with agency leadership to refine workflows, uphold compliance
standards, and drive growth.
• Coordinate as needed with a PRN Nurse who will provide support with assessments and field
visits when required.
Qualifications:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland.

• Familiarity with Maryland RSA Level 3 regulations and the ability to manage compliance
efficiently.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to perform independent assessments, clinical documentation, and care planning.
• Comfortable engaging with clients, families, referral sources, and staff members in both
clinical and marketing contexts.
• Technologically adept (comfortable with EMR/home care software, communication apps, and
digital scheduling systems).
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel locally for assessments and home visits.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Above-market compensation for the home care sector.
• Commission opportunities tied to new client conversions and agency growth.
• Mileage reimbursement for field visits.
• Supportive, team-driven work environment with a long-established, reputable agency.
• Flexible scheduling support and PRN nursing assistance for assessments when needed.
