Shift: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
Salary: LPN: $34/hour | RN: $40/hour

Breezy Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Evening Supervisor (LPN/RN) to lead our nursing team during the evening shift. This leadership role is ideal for a compassionate nurse who is passionate about long-term care, enjoys mentoring staff, and is committed to delivering exceptional resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director and Associate Director of Nursing to ensure smooth daily operations and regulatory compliance

  • Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain high-quality resident care

  • Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules to ensure safe and effective coverage

  • Conduct routine rounds, provide coaching and feedback, and communicate observations to leadership

  • Assist with state surveys and inspections

  • Support the development and implementation of individualized care and discharge plans

  • Address staff concerns, complaints, and grievances professionally and promptly

  • Welcome and support residents and families during the admission process

  • Accompany physicians on rounds and ensure accurate medication and treatment administration

  • Provide direct nursing care and assist with resident assessments as needed

  • Participate in staff evaluations and support the professional development of LPNs and CNAs

Qualifications

  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university

  • Active, unrestricted Florida LPN or RN license

  • Minimum of 2 years of direct care experience in long-term care, restorative, or geriatric nursing

  • At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience

  • Current CPR certification
