We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 8-year-old male child in the Harrison City area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 3:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Saturday-Sunday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do as an LPN:

Perform G-tube care and feedings
Perform medication administration
Monitor vitals
Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed mobility, transfers, and eating per individualized care plans
Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Pediatric & G-tube experience
CPR certification (preferred)
Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered
Ability to chart electronically (Statewise) and complete documentation accurately
