Shifts available: 7A-3P, 3P-11P & 11P-7A with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities:

Successful ability to monitor and manage residents with severe behaviors, while ensuring everyones safety!
Has knowledge of, and implements, the instructions given on the Behavior Care Plan of the residents.
Documenting residents/neighbors behaviors on electronic medical records (EMR) in the Kiosk.
Assists and monitors residents in therapeutic groups and other activities.
Crisis interventions with challenging behaviors/residents when necessary, following MANDT protocol (Training provided in Orientation).
Monitor and enforces neighborhood (unit) rules and policies.
Assist in front desk reception to cover breaks and vacations.

Requirements:

Perform 1:1 (CVO) coverage when necessary, for the safety of the residents following the residents Care Plan
Performs Increased Supervision (IS); which includes visual confirmation of neighbors every 15 minutes.
Monitor and review all neighbor visitors, including checking IDs, sign in log and restricted visitor list.
Prompt residents to activities by encouraging their participation.
Perform any related functions directed by CSS –Department Head or CSS Supervisor.

Rate will be commensurate with experience.
