What is Required? Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, or Associate School of Nursing Current State License as a Licensed Vocational / Practical Nurse 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting Experience in a hospice or home health environment is preferred 50% travel required Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
