Position Overview:

Provides visible line clinical supervision for care center staff, accounting unit and/or site operations. Identifies implements and executes process improvement initiatives in line with dashboard targets. Consistently and effectively implements and monitors policies, workflows, competency and training. Demonstrates appropriate judgment while overseeing the operational day to day activities at care centers, accounting units and/or sites to maximize affordability, productivity and cost effectiveness. Monitors, communicates and implements action plans as needed, based on results of employee, clinician and patient satisfaction surveys. Participates in service recovery and investigates/documents any complaints according to policy or procedure. May also participate in direct patient care and in that role, works with the clinician(s) and/or other support staff, in providing nursing care to patients in accordance with nursing professional standards and Sutter Health Policies and Procedures. May administer medications and start IV's as per their license and scope of practice. Less than 50% of time spent on average is performing the duties of the individuals being supervised.
