This position supports students in a school-based setting and is primarily structured as a 1:1 nursing role with bus riding required. The nurse will work with one student in the morning who requires seizure monitoring (no seizure activity in the past four years) and another student in the afternoon who has muscular dystrophy. The afternoon student is wheelchair bound, verbal, and does not require a trach or G-tube.

The district is also open to a nurse who prefers health office coverage only and is willing to reassign current staff to accommodate that preference.
