Are you a passionate nursing leader ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee the clinical operations of our facility, lead and support our nursing team, and ensure the highest level of care for our residents.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage the nursing department, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards of care

• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with staff, physicians, and families

• Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, promoting a positive and professional environment

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and implement improvements as needed

• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure efficient clinical operations

• Serve as a liaison with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)

• Previous experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director in long-term care (preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Deep understanding of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities
