Van Duyn is eager to hire CNA's. We are hiring for full time and part time positions, all shifts every other weekend is required. Part time position requires 3 days a week and every other weekend depending on business need. 

Overview:
Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 513 bed skilled Nursing facility atop Onondaga Hill in Syracuse, NY. The Van Duyn team is committed to providing quality care and diversified services with a professional team of caregivers.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Identify and report changes in condition
• Participation in the pain management program
• Resident Advocate
• Infection prevention
• Interacting and engaging with residents and their families
• Active member of the interdisciplinary team
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

Requirements/Qualifications:
• Current New York State Certified Nursing Assistant
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• New graduates are welcome
