We are looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to join our Emergency Department team at Baptist South in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full time night shift position in the Emergency Department at our Baptist South campus.

 

As an Assistant Nurse Manager for Baptist Health you will: 

  • Continuously monitor and interpret pt.cond. on the assigned unit
  • Coordinate care provided by the unit`s professional and supportive staff members.
  • Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and eval. of nursing care provided to the unit`s patients in accordance with the mission statement
  • Facilitate communication between medical staff members and nursing staff members regarding patient care issues.
  • Participate in community activities related to healthcare education and/or patient/family advocacy.
