Haven Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced and motivated RN to join our team as a Preceptor. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow your career while guiding and mentoring new nurses in the field.

The Preceptor RN plays a key role in supporting our clinical onboarding and ensuring that new nurses deliver safe, high-quality care. This position includes guaranteed weekly units and requires flexibility to travel throughout our service area.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active RN license (required)

  • Home Health and Oasis experience required.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience
