What You’ll Do:

🔹 Oversee clinical operations to ensure high-quality, compliant patient care.
🔹 Guide and support field clinicians through training, mentorship, and case management.
🔹 Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to home health regulations.
🔹 Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
🔹 Step in for direct patient care when needed and participate in on-call rotation.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ RN license in Missouri (good standing)
✅ 1+ year of home health case management experience (required)
✅ Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
✅ Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
✅ Proficiency in EMR systems & willingness to travel locally

Salary Range: $72,000 to $75,000 annually, based on experience
