Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to join our supportive environment where patients and staff are valued.

  • Monday-Friday with flexibility during daytime hours, on-call as assigned
  • Coverage area for this position will be Leavenworth and Douglas County and parts of Kansas City, Kansas
  • Ability to work one on one with patients
  • Work autonomously as a RN 
  • Performs nursing assessments in the patients’ home
  • Utilizes full scope of nursing skills, including wound and ostomy care, PICC line care, chronic care education and medication reviews
  • Coordinates patients’ care - consulting other disciplines of the health care team
  • Individualizes patient care plans and adjusting or modifying the nursing plan of care as appropriate
  • Collaborates with the medical staff and the other disciplines to provide and enhance patient care 
  • Missouri and Kansas RN License Required
