Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for conducting client assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing care to our clients. What tasks are required? Perform initial and on-going assessment of client’s medical, physical, and psychosocial status. Prescribe and monitor medication as necessary for clients in recovery.
