Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized nursing care for one student, including tube feeding and medication management

Collaborate with school staff and families to support the students health and educational success
Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care and adhere to school health policies

Qualifications:

Current New York RN license, required
Experience in school nursing or pediatric nursing preferred
Strong clinical skills in medication administration and tube feeding
Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and educational staff
