Home Care for the 21st Century-Lawrenceville is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in our Lawrenceville location. The Aide will provide personal care to patients and assist them in common daily activities such as preparing meals and assisting with hygiene care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Connect deeply with clients
  • Carry out care plans with oversight from the Registered Nurse (includes assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, medication reminders, assistance using medical devices, meal preparation, companionship, light housekeeping, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Patient care – Instill confidence and trust in patients in a competent and caring manner. Provide hygiene and activities of daily living, socialization, transportation, light housekeeping, such as vacuuming, doing laundry, or cooking meals.
  • Professional development – Maintain any specialized training and, if applicable, perform additional and specialized tasks pertinent to the assigned patient or area.  

Qualifications

  • Must have valid Georgia CNA certificate
  • Must pass drug screen
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
