Job Summary:

At Home Matters Caregiving North Atlanta, we prioritize providing the highest standard of care to our seniors, and we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spanish speaking CNA PCA or Experienced Caregiver to join our team! As a part-time caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients, providing personalized care and support in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide medication reminders and management
• Assist with meal preparation and daily tasks
• Engage clients in activities and conversations to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
• Keep accurate records of care provided and report any changes or concerns to the designated nurse
• Serve as a dedicated and compassionate companion to our clients

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English

• 2+ years of experience as a CNA, PCA, or caregiver
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic towards seniors and their families
• Ability to lift and transfer clients with assistance
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
