Responsibilities:

  • Companionship to seniors engaging in activities and games
  • Personal Care Assistance with daily activities such as: medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
  • Preparing snacks and meals to help sustain and satisfy the client throughout your scheduled time with them
  • Encouraging light exercise to keep the client active and physically moving
  • Tidying up the house and keeping the home environment neat and enjoyable for the client
  • Transporting the client to nearby appointments or engagements, assist with running errands, taking your client to social activities, doctor's appointments, or events with their family and friends
  • Establishing a solid line of communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and SYNERGY office staff
  • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of prior caregiving experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Reliable transportation

-          CPR Certification

-       A Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Test

-           CNA License OR pass a PCA Test (provided on site)

-           A valid driver’s license or ID
