Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment efficiently and safely

  • Follow individualized care plans designed to meet each resident’s unique needs

  • Perform clinical duties such as wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures

  • Accurately document all observations, interventions, and resident evaluations

  • Uphold resident confidentiality and protect sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA policies

Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license in the State of Florida required

  • Previous experience in skilled nursing preferred but not mandatory
