We are looking for experienced RNs to build our part time Staff so we may provide support to our full time and part time staff

The most successful candidate for this position:
Has at least 1 year of experience in the long-term care OR rehab setting
Embraces our person-centered care approach to meet each resident’s needs and preferences
Possesses a true passion for excellence in nursing care
Demonstrates the ability to remain calm and perform effectively during peak periods of activity and emergency situations
Effectively interacts with residents, their family members, and the healthcare team members

The responsibilities & duties:

In coordination with the healthcare team, assesses, plans, directs, evaluates, and modifies each resident’s care plan to meet with his/her physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs
Manage emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner
Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records
Completes medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned residents
