Medina Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is currently seeking skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to welcome our ever-growing team! State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Requirements:

  • Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant  (STNA) Ohio certification

  • A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.

  • Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.

  • Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

  • Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.

  • Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.

  • Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
