What You’ll Do:

Provide wound assessments and manage individualized wound care treatment plans
Perform dressing changes, skin assessments, and preventative skin care interventions
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and the Director of Nursing
Document wound care in accordance with facility policies and state/federal guidelines
Educate residents, families, and staff on wound care best practices
Help ensure compliance with infection control standards

What We’re Looking For:

Active RN or LPN license in the State of Georgia
Wound care certification preferred (but not required)
Prior experience in long-term care or wound management strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent clinical documentation skills

Evidence Based Practice and Research * Promotes Evidence based practice, nursing research and performance improvement in nursing.
