Position Overview
As the Corporate Director of Adult Day Health Care (ADHC), you will be responsible for managing existing programs, ensuring they are running efficiently, and developing new ones that meet the growing needs of our communities. This role requires a dynamic, aggressive leader who is ready to make an impact, grow the program, and ensure top-tier service for clients.
$85,000-$90,000
Mon.-Fri. 7am-3pm
Key Responsibilities
Program Oversight and Growth
Manage and evaluate the performance of existing ADHC programs.
Develop and implement strategies to grow and improve services within the region.
Ensure all programs are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
Identify new opportunities and implement strategies to open additional ADHC centers.
Analyze performance metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and support ADHC staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Provide training and guidance to program managers and staff to ensure high standards of care.
Foster collaboration between departments to ensure effective program delivery.
Promote a culture of care, compassion, and excellence throughout the region.
Community & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations
Advocate for the needs of ADHC participants and help drive community outreach and awareness.
Administrative & Compliance Functions
Manage budgeting and resource allocation to ensure program sustainability.
Ensure all program documentation, including reports and records, is accurate and up-to-date.
Review and maintain policies and procedures to meet regulatory standards.
Monitor the quality of care and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using software for managing programs and reporting.
