The pay range for this position is $44.15-69.00
Job Summary:
Manages hospice activities, workflow and nursing resources.
Education/Licenses:
Registered Nurse professional licensure/certification required.
Experience:
3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all hospice functions, including staffing patterns, computer/data management activity, clinical medical record preparation and processing, insurance verification and documentation, inventory control, corporate responsibility/improvements activities and resolution of internal and external complaints and concerns.
- Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the day-to-day leadership of operations and the strategic development of hospice.
- Conducts hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff.
- Monitors and adheres to budget. Approves or monitors expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
