What You Will Do As the SNF-ist, you will act as a Skilled Nursing Facility’s leading provider of internal medicine services. You will collaborate with the facility’s interdisciplinary team and physicians, serving as a day-to-day clinical leader while helping oversee the care of all of the facility’s residents.
