Position Overview: The Clinical Director of Assisted Living is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring the highest quality of care for residents. This role involves managing the nursing staff, coordinating with healthcare providers, and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of residents. The Clinical Director will also ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
