• Required Certifications: State licensed, BLS
• Required Skills: LTC, Skilled Nursing, Assist with ambulation, Assist with feeding patient, Assist with turning and repositioning, Bed shampoo, Change linens (occupied, unoccupied), Complete Bed bath, Pressure Injury Prevention, Foot care, Urine/Stool Incontinence Care, Mouth care, Perineal care male/female, Shave patient, Shower assistance, Skin care, Antiembolic stockings, Bed alarms, Bedpan / urinal, Bedside commode, Call lights, Electronic vital sign equipment, Hoyer lift, Oxygen tanks, Special beds/air mattresses, Wheelchair, Cleaning of equipment, Isolation Precautions, Measure/record weight, Obtain Blood pressure, including orthostatic, Obtain patient Respirations, Obtain pulse (radial), Obtain Temperature (oral, rectal, axillary, Tympanic), Routine Catheter Care (Indwelling and External Catheters), Abnormal/Normal Vital sign parameters (Adult and Pedi), Fluid restrictions, Lifting and pulling proper body mechanics, Recognizing cardiac arrest, Safe patient transfers, Bathing/hygiene, Diet intake/calorie count, Reporting change in patient condition, Turning /repositioning, Urine output measures and records
  
  

Job Details

• Pay: $22.00 per hour
• Assignment Length: 13-week assignment
• Shift: 3, 12-Hour 07:00 - 19:00
