DaVita is seeking an RN to provide dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you’ll work directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis
  • Collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff
  • Monitor patients, adjust treatment, and ensure quality outcomes
  • Support and oversee patient care with the help of PCTs
  • Adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment

What to Expect:

  • No dialysis experience required—paid training provided
  • Work in a variety of hospital units and rotate between facilities as needed
  • Schedule includes regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Daily schedules may change based on patient needs

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • ADN required; BSN preferred
  • ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience helpful but not required
  • CNN/CDN certification (preferred)
  • Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)

A registered professional nurse responsible for the delivery of patient care to inpatients and outpatients undergoing procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. Must be able to provide the care needed as described in the department’s policies and procedures. Must possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status and interpret the information needed to identify each patient’s requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs. Population of these patients varies from adult to geriatric patients. Employee must be available for all schedules cases and be able to reach the hospital within 30-minutes when on call. We are an 18 bed Birthing Suite where our nurses are cross trained to labor and delivery, mother/baby couplet care, and Level II nursery. Our unit functions under total patient care model, so each nurse develops and delivers individualized care to their patients in collaboration with the physicians and midwives. Our unit offers the distinct opportunity for nurses to lead the way in developing our delivery of care practices centered on best evidence based practice. Cross training in all areas of mother/baby care enhances the bedside nurse’s experience so that each day offers the possibility of a new learning opportunity.
