Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality, one-on-one care in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes (wound care, med management, assessments, etc.)
Communicate effectively with care team and patients
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Promote patient independence and well-being

Qualifications:

Current RN license in PA
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health experience preferred)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Compassionate, dependable, and a good communicator
