This fast paced 12-bed med-surg /telemetry unit is looking for a team player who is self-motivated, dependable, hard-working, caring and has excellent communication skills. Job duties include, but are not limited to: taking vital signs, assisting patients with personal care, turning and repositioning, transporting, answering call lights, bathing, toileting, reporting abnormalities and assisting the nurse. You will receive a general and unit specific orientation. Orientation will be provided 1:1 with a preceptor. Requirement of this position is to be a current certified nursing assistant and have a stable work history. Hospital experience is a plus, but not a requirement for the right applicant.
